About the workshop
Learn how to stay active and maintain energy levels throughout the workday.
The workshop is designed to be conducted in a workplace setting, either at individual desks or in a designated area where participants can easily follow along with the exercises. Participants will also gain insights into how to integrate short desk workouts into their daily breaks, whether it's through mini circuits, chair yoga poses, or other quick routines that can be done right at their workstations. Team challenges are foreseen!
